为落实全军除害灭病规划,解决我部分散营区的饮用水消毒问题,我们设计了一种简易饮用水消毒装置,经试用效果良好。现介绍如下。材料 1.贮液桶1个,应有盖,能防锈、防腐蚀,其容积依用水量及有效消毒剂含量而定。 2.电磁阀1个。 3.流量调节开关1个。 4.优质塑料管,应无毒、耐压;孔径以5~10mm为宜;长度依贮液桶至水面下潜水泵汲水头距离而定。安装方法在常规洗井吊出水泵输水花管时,将塑料管下端与花管滤水孔连接并固定,上端与贮液桶消毒液出口相连。流量调节开关和电磁阀装于塑料管便于固定的位置。电磁阀导线接在水泵电机电源开关上,以实现电磁阀与水泵起动同步。工艺流程见附图。
