自从工人日报发表了华銅矿在生产大跃进中創造坑道掘进工班最高紀录的消息之后,很多探矿工作者要求本刊介紹这一經驗,現將该矿几次創造最高紀录的經驗摘要介紹如下。我們認为,该矿之所以能够取得这一优異成績,主要是工人在整风运动中,提高了社会主义觉悟,鼓起了革命的干勁,在操作方法上进行了技术革新,在小断面的水平探矿坑道中,实行了單人操作双机,使用气腿子支架。这是在单人单机操作熟練的基础上进一步发展的結果,也是我們努力的方向。但是多机多掌作业,在地質部門由于条件所限,必須根据具体情况合理的推廣,防止生搬硬套与片面追求多掌作业的現象。
