为了解我国老年人泌尿系外科疾病的发病情况,复阅本校附属第一医院泌尿外科近8年来(1973.1～1980.12)5,488例住院病历,就其中391例(7.12％)属于老年人泌尿系外科疾病作一分类统计。这些病例中374例经手术证实;14例作膀胱镜或组织学检查证实;3例为X线诊断。统计资料一、老年人的标准:取国际公认标准。65岁以上,不论性别为老年期。二、性别、年龄:男性342人(87.46％);
