本文提出了一种滑滚条件下点接触弹流润滑的红外测温方法。对弹流接触区的红外辐射的分析采用了新的方法,同时将钢球发射率考虑为温度的函数,提高了测量精度。并运用这种方法,测量出了不同载荷,不同滑滚速度下的钢球表面温度。
In this paper, a method of infrared temperature measurement by point contact Elastohydrodynamic lubrication under sliding condition is proposed. A new method is used to analyze the infrared radiation in the contact area of the spring, and the emissivity of the steel ball is considered as a function of temperature, which improves the measurement accuracy. By using this method, the surface temperature of the steel balls under different loads and speeds is measured.
