目的:探讨赤雹根总皂苷(TSRT)的镇痛作用部位。方法:昆明种小鼠120只,随机分为福尔马林致痛实验组和改进小鼠酵母致炎性组织疼痛模型实验组,每组60只。各组再分为TSRT 240,120,60 mg.kg-1组,阿司匹林200 mg.kg-1组,吗啡5 mg.kg-1组和空白对照组,每组10只,吗啡组腹腔注射给药,其余各组均灌胃给药。采用小鼠福尔马林致痛实验和改进小鼠炎性组织疼痛模型观察TSRT对痛反应的影响,分析其镇痛作用部位。结果:在福尔马林实验中,TSRT 120,60 mg.kg-1剂量组小鼠第Ⅱ时相痛反应积分显著低于NS组(P<0.01),但对第Ⅰ时相疼痛积分无明显影响;TSRT 240 mg.kg-1剂量组小鼠第Ⅰ时相和第Ⅱ时相痛反应积分均低于NS组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。在小鼠炎性组织疼痛模型实验中,TSRT各剂量组炎性足痛阈显著高于NS组(P<0.01),正常足痛阈与NS组比较差异无显著意义。结论:TSRT镇痛作用部位主要在外周。
Objective: To investigate the analgesic site of total hairtail total saponin (TSRT). Methods: A total of 120 Kunming mice were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group of formalin-induced pain and experimental group of experimental mouse model of yeast-induced inflammatory pain, with 60 rats in each group. Each group was subdivided into TSRT 240,120,60 mg.kg-1 group, aspirin 200 mg.kg-1 group, morphine 5 mg.kg-1 group and blank control group, The remaining groups were intragastric administration. The effects of TSRT on the pain response were observed using the formalin-induced mice pain model and the inflammatory model of the mice. The analgesic site was analyzed. Results: In the formalin test, the scores of phase Ⅱ reaction in TSRT 120,60 mg.kg-1 group were significantly lower than those in NS group (P <0.01) (P <0.05, P <0.01). The score of phase Ⅰ and phase Ⅱ in TSRT 240 mg · kg-1 dose group were lower than NS group (P <0.05, P <0.01). In the experimental model of inflammatory tissue pain in mice, the inflammatory pain threshold of each dose group of TSRT was significantly higher than that of NS group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between normal foot pain threshold and NS group. Conclusion: The site of analgesic effect of TSRT is mainly in the periphery.
