建筑工程企业属于资金密集型企业,其项目建设周期长、资金投入大,实施有效的成本管控,节约建筑工程企业成本,对提高建筑工程企业的整体效益有着重要作用,成为了如今建筑工程企业管理的重要部分。但是,从现阶段来看,我国的建筑工程企业成本管控上还存在着一些问题,本文从这些问题出发,分析了问题的成因,并且针对这些问题为提升建筑工程企业的成本管控水平,提高建筑工程企业的整体效益提出了一些建议。
