根据校长岗位培训班学员的特点,有针对性地开展班主任工作,可有效地提高校长岗位培训的质量。 一、掌握学员特点,增强工作的针对性 通过两次校长班班主任工作的实践和几年的校长岗位培训班的教学,我感到校长班学员有以下特点: (一)年龄偏大,实践经验丰富 校长班学员都是学校的校长,他们中的多数人都已当了几年、十几年甚至几十年的校长,年龄大都在四十岁以上,在多年的教育、教学工作和行政工作中,积累了丰富的教育、教学和管理的实践经验。但这些经验还不系统,有待于进一步深化,上升到理论的高度再用以指导实践,提高实践工作的科学性。
