目的观察米索前列醇片应用于无痛人流术前的临床效果。方法对照组行静脉麻醉(异丙酚加芬太尼)下人工流产,实验组先口服米索前列醇片400μg,60min后再行麻醉下手术,注意观察两组麻醉效果、宫颈松弛效果、手术时间、麻醉用药量和术中出血等指标。结果实验组较对照组的手术时间缩短,术中麻醉用药量少,术中出血少,两组差异有显著性。结论口服米索前列醇片后行无痛人工流产手术方法简单,手术时间缩短,术中出血量减少,降低手术麻醉风险,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of misoprostol in the treatment of painless abortion.
