一、正确认识城建档案馆的性质和定位城建档案工作是城市规划、建设、管理过程的重要环节,要把城建档案馆的工作列入建设事业发展计划,制定和完善各类政策措施,建立健全城建档案管理机构,赋予城建档案管理和保管两项职能。在机构设置、管理范围、人员编制、经费渠道、设施设备添置等方面着力解决一些实际问题,在人力、物力、财力等关键问题上给予政策倾斜和必要支持,确保城建档案工作的可持续发展。
