目的:探讨针对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者开展健康教育对其遵医行为的影响效果。方法:将108例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组与观察组各54例,对照组患者采用常规临床治疗与护理,观察组患者在此基础上给予健康教育,分别比较两组患者的临床认知程度、遵医行为以及并发症等情况。结果:两组患者对基本常识知识与生活习惯知识的认知率比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在用药、血糖监测、饮食控制、运动习惯与其他自我生活管理等方面的依从率比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的并发症发生率比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Ⅱ型糖尿病患者接受健康教育有助于提升对疾病相关知识的认知程度,改善其治疗过程中的遵医依从程度,并积极抑制相关并发症的发生,有益于完善疾病控制效果。
Objective: To investigate the effect of health education on the behavior of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: A total of 108 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 54 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given routine clinical care and nursing. Patients in observation group were given health education on this basis. Degree of knowledge, compliance behavior and complications and so on. Results: The cognitive rate of basic knowledge and lifestyle knowledge between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The two groups were significantly different in the aspects of medication, blood glucose monitoring, diet control, exercise habit and other self-life management The compliance rate was statistically significant (P <0.05). The complication rates of the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The health education of patients with type 2 diabetes helps to improve the cognition of disease-related knowledge, improve the degree of compliance with medical treatment during treatment, and actively inhibit the occurrence of related complications, which is beneficial to improve the disease control effect.
