目的:对护士长支持对护士工作积极性及满意度的影响进行探究。方法:从我院护士人员中抽取26名,对比护士长支持管理实施前后护士工作积极性及满意度。结果:实施后护士职业满意度、自我愿望实现率、自我价值体现率、工作满意度明显比实施前高(P<0.05)。结论:护士长支持能够提升护士工作积极性与工作满意度,有广泛使用的必要。
Objective: To explore the impact nurses have on nurse motivation and satisfaction. Methods: Twenty-six nurses from our hospital were selected to compare the enthusiasm and satisfaction of nurses before and after the implementation of management and administration. Results: After the implementation of nurses, occupational satisfaction, self-realization rate of desire, self-reflection rate and job satisfaction were significantly higher than before implementation (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nurse support can enhance nurses motivation and job satisfaction, there is a need for widespread use.
