Objective: To investigate the correlation between IL-6, IFN-γ and thyroid function and its clinical significance. Methods: Sixty patients with G raves disease (GD) were divided into GD initial group and remission group, 30 cases each. The control group was 30 healthy subjects, and the levels of serum IL-6 and IFN-γ in the three groups were measured. comparative analysis. Results: The content of IL-6 in GD group was significantly higher than that in remission group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between remission group and normal control group (P> 0.05). The levels of IFN-γ in GD group and remission group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between GD initial group and remission group. Conclusion: The serum level of IL-6 in patients with GD is in parallel with the change of the disease. IFN-γ can induce thyroid type Ⅱ antigen expression, its content and GD are intrinsically related. The change of IFN-γ may serve as the basis for GD’s immune response.
