本文介绍了采用β—射线测量空心叶片厚度的基本原理和测量方法。作者指出:壁厚在0.30~0.95毫米范围内,作精密测量时精度误差在±0.03毫米以内,作一般测量时精度误在±0.05毫米以内。为适应空心叶片生产的发展,需要找到一种方便、可靠、非破坏性的壁厚测量方法。根据资料介绍,国外有用β—射线测厚法测量空心叶片壁厚的。在壁厚为0.51—0.69mm的范围内,误差为±O.051mm,在壁厚为0.69—1.04mm的范围内,误差为±0.076mm。在中国科学院原子能研究所的大力帮助下,我们对用β—射线测量空心叶片壁厚的方法,进行了试验。结果证明,用这种方法测量空心叶片的壁厚,是能够满足生产要求的。
This paper presents the basic principles and measurement methods for measuring the thickness of hollow blades using β-rays. The authors point out that the wall thickness is in the range of 0.30 to 0.95 millimeters with an accuracy error within ± 0.03 millimeters for precision measurements and within ± 0.05 millimeters for general measurements. In order to adapt to the development of hollow blade production, there is a need to find a convenient, reliable and nondestructive wall thickness measurement method. According to the introduction of information, foreign useful β-ray thickness measurement of hollow blade wall thickness. In the range of 0.51-0.69mm, the error is ± 0.051mm, and the error is ± 0.076mm in the range of 0.69-1.04mm. With the help of the Institute of Atomic Energy, Chinese Academy of Sciences, we conducted a test on the method of measuring the thickness of a hollow blade using β-rays. The results show that using this method to measure the hollow blade wall thickness, is able to meet the production requirements.
