1 引言我厂的动力调度负责全公司的水、电、蒸汽、压缩空气和重油等动力产品的供应及生产的组织和平衡工作。随着公司生产的发展,动力负荷量日益增加。例如仅电力的供应,全公司日用电达70至110万千瓦时,最高负荷达78MW,运行参数随生产变化大幅度波动。虽然动力调度室有静态的调度模拟屏,但不能及时反应各动力量的实际运行情况,调度员只能通过电话向下属单位了解情况。一旦发生事故,几十个电话打到调度室,调度员不知接哪个电话好。即使接上电话听取值班人员的汇报,也难以准确及时处理事故。为了保证动力调度能够准确、及时掌握现场生产
