华北、东北八省、市、自治区第二次卫生经济协作会，一九九八年八月五～七日在黑龙江省卫生厅镜泊湖疗养院召开，会期三天。中国卫生经济学会、卫生部计财司发来了贺电，并委派副会长杜嘉棋教授亲临会议祝贺和指导。八省市卫生厅、局计财处长和学会主要领导亲自带队参加会议。
The Second Health Economic Cooperation Association of eight provinces, cities and autonomous regions in North China and Northeast China was held in the Jingpohu Nursing Home in Heilongjiang Province from August 5 to August 8, 1998 and lasted for three days. The China Health Economics Association and the Ministry of Health’s Accounting Department sent a congratulatory message and appointed Vice President Du Jiaqi to attend the meeting to congratulate and guide him. Eight provinces and municipalities Health Department, Bureau of Finance, and the main leaders of the Institute personally led the team to attend the meeting.
