目的:考察三种灵芝多糖(GLPH、GLPM、GLPL)的抗肿瘤活性及其作用机制。方法:采用小鼠移植瘤研究方法检测了三种灵芝多糖对S180(骨肉瘤)、Heps(肝癌)、EAC(腹水癌)及BB16BL6(黑色素瘤)的抑制作用,并通过各种免疫因子及TH1/TH2比值检测来研究其可能的作用机制。结果:灵芝多糖(GLPL)对S180、Heps、EAC、B16BBL6均有明显的抑制作用,而灵芝多糖(GLPH、GLPM)的作用不明显。且研究显示GLPL能够显著增加细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-2表达水平,而对IL-6、IL-10作用不明显。结论:灵芝多糖(GLPL)具有良好的抑制肿瘤S180、Heps、EAC、BB16BL6生长的活性,且这种抑制活性可能是通过促进免疫细胞因子的分泌而发挥作用。
Objective: To investigate the antitumor activity and mechanism of three kinds of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides (GLPH, GLPM, GLPL). METHODS: The inhibitory effects of three Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides on S180 (Hepatoma), EAC (ascites carcinoma) and BB16BL6 (melanoma) were tested by the method of transplanted tumor in mice. The effects of three Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides / TH2 ratio test to study its possible mechanism of action. Results: GLP had a significant inhibitory effect on S180, Heps, EAC and B16BBL6, while GLPH and GLPM had no significant effect. And studies have shown that GLPL can significantly increase the expression of cytokines IFN-γ, IL-2, while the role of IL-6, IL-10 is not obvious. CONCLUSION: Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide (GLPL) has a good activity of inhibiting tumor S180, Heps, EAC, BB16BL6 growth, and this inhibitory activity may play a role by promoting the secretion of immune cytokines.
