为了支援全省大规模地开展兴修农田水利运动,全省今冬明春计划以800万元作为水利贷款专用指标。(其中由省人民银行已布置到行政区和各专区的750万元贷款中划出500万元用于水利)。赣南行署、各专署应对本区范围内今冬明春准备兴修的农田水利工程进行一次排队,统筹羣众资金、地方自筹和分配本区的投资和贷款的资金力量,根据需要和可能来确定兴修水利工程的计划。为了切实作好今冬明春水利贷款的发放工作,本会特作如下通知:
