提出了一种能在C波段和X波段实现稳定双频输出的带有谐振反射腔的单电子束同轴相对论返波振荡器,并使用2.5维全电磁粒子PIC模拟软件进行了粒子模拟研究。模拟结果显示:在电子束电压510kV,电流9.03kA,引导磁场0.73 T的条件下,双频器件实现了8.1GHz和9.9GHz的双波段频率稳定输出,平均功率为0.95GW,波束互作用效率为20.6%,效率高于空心双波段返波管以及瓷绝缘线双频振荡器。
A single electron beam coaxial relativistic back-baslc oscillator with resonant reflection cavity that can achieve stable dual-frequency output in C-band and X-band is proposed. Particle simulation is carried out using 2.5-dimensional full particle PIC simulation software. The simulation results show that the dual-band device achieves stable dual-band frequency output of 8.1GHz and 9.9GHz with an average power of 0.95GW at a beam voltage of 510kV, a current of 9.03kA and a guidance magnetic field of 0.73T, and the beam interaction efficiency is 20.6%, higher efficiency than the hollow dual band backwave tube and porcelain insulated line dual-frequency oscillator.
