目的观察改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗老年慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法对60～80岁慢性泪囊炎75例施行泪囊鼻腔吻合术,术中多步骤的简化手术并以改良的手术方式完成手术。结果治愈率81.3%,有效率13.3%,无效5.3%。术后随访6个月～2 a,总有效率89.3%。结论老年人慢性泪囊炎行泪囊鼻腔吻合术是可行的。
Objective To observe the effect of modified dacryocystorhinostomy on senile chronic dacryocystitis. Methods A total of 75 patients with chronic dacryocystitis 60 to 80 years old underwent dacryocystorhinostomy, multi-step simple operation and operation with modified operation. Results The cure rate was 81.3%, the effective rate was 13.3% and the ineffective rate was 5.3%. After 6 months follow-up to 2 years, the total effective rate was 89.3%. Conclusion The treatment of chronic dacryocystitis in elderly patients with dacryocystorhinostomy is feasible.
