本院收治了老年卵巢腺癌Ⅲc期腹水1例,现报告如下。1病历摘要女,73岁。因腹胀1个月于2010-10-19住院。患者于2010-09-19无明显诱因出现腹胀,伴乏力、纳差,无其他不适症状,在当地县医院考虑为结核性腹膜炎,诊断性抗痨治疗近1个月无效入我院。入院查体腹水征阳性,余无明显阳性体征。妇检见外阴阴道、宫颈、子宫萎缩,未扪及明显包块。既往史:
