通过探讨海洋信息数字化服务平台架构与设计,从发布层、资源层、功能层阐述该平台功能子系统,从竞争情报视角研究海洋信息数字化服务平台,分析基于竞争情报的重点学科资源建设以及如何为重点学科提供竞争情报服务,旨在将竞争情报的理念引入平台建设,为重点学科提供竞争情报服务提出参考性建议。
By discussing the architecture and design of marine information digital service platform, this platform functional subsystem is described from the publishing layer, resource layer and functional layer. The digital information service platform of marine information is studied from the perspective of competitive intelligence, and the construction of key disciplinary resources based on competitive intelligence is analyzed. Key disciplines to provide competitive intelligence services, aimed at introducing the concept of competitive intelligence platform construction, to provide competitive intelligence services for key disciplines proposed reference.
