历史上中国民营经济的发展曾长期处在世界前列,在此基础上产生了相当丰富的民营经济思想。在中国古代,民营经济思想大体上经历了先秦时期、汉唐时期、北宋至清前期三个演化阶段,从初始的多种理论路径最终收敛于财政中心主义,而其选择机制就是封建财政问题对民营经济思想主题的限制。研究中国古代民营经济思想及其演化历程,对于今天发展民营经济具有重要的理论与现实意义。
Historically, the development of China’s private economy has long been at the forefront of the world. On this basis, it has produced a rather rich private economy. In ancient China, the thought of private economy generally went through three stages of evolution from pre-Qin period, Han and Tang Dynasties to the early Qing Dynasty. From the beginning many kinds of theoretical path finally converged to fiscal centrism, and its choice mechanism was the feudal fiscal question Limitation of the theme of private economy. To study ancient Chinese private economy and its evolutionary history has important theoretical and practical significance for the development of private economy today.
