目的:研究整合素β1亚单位(Intβ1)及基质蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在子宫腺肌病和低度恶性子宫内膜癌中的表达差异。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色的方法检测15例低度恶性子宫内膜癌、15例子宫内膜异位病灶以及15例正常增殖期内膜中Integrinβ1和MMP-2的表达。结果:MMP-2和Intβ1子宫内膜异位病灶中表达显著高于正常增殖期内膜和低度恶性子宫内膜癌。结论:MMP-2和Intβ1在子宫腺肌病的发病中起重要作用,有可能用来区分子宫腺肌病与子宫内膜癌。
Objective: To investigate the difference of expression of integrin β1 subunit (Intβ1) and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) in adenomyosis and low-grade endometrial carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of Integrinβ1 and MMP-2 in 15 cases of low grade endometrial carcinoma, 15 cases of endometriosis and 15 cases of normal proliferative phase. Results: The expression of MMP-2 and Intβ1 in endometriotic lesions was significantly higher than that in normal proliferative phase and low-grade endometrial carcinoma. Conclusion: MMP-2 and Intβ1 play an important role in the pathogenesis of adenomyosis and may be used to distinguish between adenomyosis and endometrial cancer.
