第三次工业革命是一个非常风靡且议论颇多的课题。第三次工业革命目前正在世界上处于酝酿之中,还有许多不成熟。是我们需要研究和探索的,但这个大的趋势已经被世界所关注。本文重点谈四个问题,基本特征、创新模式、渗透以及跨越式发展。新的工业革命趋势有一种新的导向,导向就是把有形资源的研究和无形资源的研究结合,使它在社会发展过程当中发挥重大的作用。另外要把市场看不见的手和知识看不见的手同时并重,都要在下面推动。对于下一次革命说法,因为基本定义是这样的,我们用三次划分来说,第一次工业革命是以19世纪蒸汽机为标志的工业革命;第二次工业革命是20世纪初电气化为基础的工业革命;第三次工业革命,也就是说目前出现世界能源危机或者是二氧化碳
