课程资源的开发与利用,最重要的是教师的课程资源观和课程资源开发的意识。目前,体育课程改革中存在的一个问题是对课程资源的地位和作用认识不够。一方面是课程资源严重不足,另一方面是由于利用与开发课程资源的意识淡薄而导致大量的课程资源被埋没,不能及时地被加工、转化、应用到中小学体育课程之中,造成许多有价值的课程资源闲置与浪费。因此,需要教师去组织、去开发、去利用一切可利用的资源,为教学服务。教师还要引导学生走出课本,走出课堂和学校,充分开发与利用各种资源,尤其是废弃的器材资源,发挥其功能性。那么,对废弃的器材资源如何开发与利用呢?
