教学过程不仅是认知信息的交流过程,也是情感信息的交流过程。积极的情感会激发师生教和学的热情和潜力的发挥。反之,消极的情感则会从负面影响教育教学的效果。因而,构建良好的师生关系、发挥教师的人格魅力、培养学生健全的人格、树立科学的学习动机等情感因素在日常教育教学中能起到非常积极的作用。笔者结合自己的教学经验,谈谈如何发挥师生情感在教学中的作用。一、构建良好的师生关系古人云:“亲其人而信其道。”教师和学生构成了教与学两个
