近年来,在科技与经济高速发展下,建筑行业正处于新的发展时期。虽然整个行业水平不断提高且行业管理体制不断完善,但是基于发展的阶段性目前仍存在一些待解决问题。建筑工程施工技术管理水平一方面关系到整个建筑行业的健康可持续发展,还与广大消费者的居住安全与居住健康密切相关,因此深入研究有效提升其管理水平的措施具有重要的实际意义。本文深入研究了如何有效提高建筑工程施工技术的管理水平,在理论研究基础上重点提出了具体有效的改进措施。
In recent years, with the rapid development of science and economy, the construction industry is in a new stage of development. Although the level of the entire industry continues to improve and the industry management system continues to improve, there are still some problems to be solved based on the stage of development. On the one hand, the management level of construction technology relates to the healthy and sustainable development of the entire construction industry. It is also closely related to the residential safety and residential health of consumers. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the measures to effectively improve the management level. This paper studies in depth how to effectively improve the management level of construction technology and puts forward some concrete and effective measures based on the theoretical research.
