当前,广大农村四化建设飞跃发展,农民教育也随之迅速发展,愈来愈多的事实证明:要求广大农村现代化高速度发展,首先必须发展农民教育。本文拟着重分析、研究乡一级农民教育的任务、管理机构和人员设置。
