为了更加规范我国建设工程造价管理及尽早与国际市场接轨,国家及建设部先后出台了一系列关于工程造价管理方面的法律、法规和规范性文件,对建设工程造价管理提出了更高的要求。本文对在新的历史时期工程建设发展的新阶段如何做好建设工程造价管理进行探讨。
In order to further standardize the cost management of construction projects in China and to bring them into line with the international market as early as possible, the State and the Ministry of Construction have promulgated a series of laws, regulations and normative documents concerning project cost management and put forward higher requirements on the construction project cost management. This article discusses how to do a good job in construction project cost management in the new stage of project construction and development in the new historical period.
