The management of building construction is of great significance to the development of construction enterprises. Strengthening the management of building construction can not only improve the market competitiveness of construction enterprises, but also ensure the construction quality of construction projects and promote the sustainable development of construction enterprises. This article will mainly analyze the current situation of construction management in China’s buildings and put forward some solutions to the problems of improper management.
