一、前言本文的研究方法,与笔者过去使用的稍有不同,除了法律社会学之外,还包括知识社会学(Sociology of Knowledge,Wissenssoziologie),本文希望将知识社会学的研究方法(研究知识与知识分子),与法律社会学的研究方法(研究法律跟相关的法律人)结合起来,探讨主要由“在野的法律人—律师”发动组成的民间司法改革基金会,其在台湾法律人阶层的自我反省与司法改革运动之中,所具有的特殊意义。知识社会学在社会学传统里,占有相当重要的份量。简单来说,
