1 以社区为单位,进行评估和社区诊断 提供社区卫生服务,首要的不是主观要解决什么问题,而是社区需要解决什么问题?哪些问题是可以通过社区卫生服务得以解决?目前应优先解决的健康问题是什么?,这就需要卫生服务人员从分析社区的生活质量和健康状况入手,进行社区评估和诊断。 社区评估,这绝不是卫生行政部门能单独完成的,它必须在社区卫生服务人员的共同参与下,才能准确地了解社区居民的卫生需求。社区评估还应遵循社区参与的原则,因为,他们所经历的各类社会问题是生活质量最实际、最真实的写照。
1 Community-based assessments and community diagnostics provide community health services. What matters first is not subjective problems, but what problems the community needs to solve? What problems can be solved through community health services? What is the problem? This requires health service personnel to start by analyzing the quality of life and health of the community and conduct community assessment and diagnosis. Community assessment is by no means a matter for the health administrative department alone. It must be under the joint participation of community health service personnel in order to accurately understand the health needs of community residents. Community assessments should also follow the principle of community participation, because the various social problems they experience are the most realistic and true reflections of the quality of life.
