用放免法测定了57例急性脑血管意外患者(脑梗塞31例,脑出血26例,其中6例出现明显心肌缺血,3例出现急性心肌梗塞)急性期及恢复期血浆内皮素和心钠素的变化,发现心钠素在脑出血时升高,在脑梗塞时下降。内皮素在脑出血、脑梗塞时均升高,脑出血又高于脑梗塞组(P<0.05);脑出血组中无心肌缺血者与并发心肌缺血者比较P<0.05,与急性心肌梗者比较P<0.01,认为内皮素、心钠素在脑血管意外及脑心综合征的发病过程中起着重要作用,可作为预测并发症的观察指标
