本文采用整群随机抽样方法在上海市徐汇区36所中学,115名初一年级的学生中,抽调23个班级904名有卡痕的学生进行了鸟分支杆菌感染情况调查。调查结果徐汇区青少年鸟型分支杆菌感染率为6.9%,与1984年全市12个区8个县非典型分支杆菌的调查相符,徐汇区非典型分支杆菌分离率在全市最高(6.7%),但是否为上海市高分布区域则有待于进一步研究。同时可以看出鸟型分支杆菌素与OT间有交叉免疫反应。
In this paper, a cluster random sampling method was used to survey the prevalence of Mycobacterium avium in 904 freshmen from 23 classes in 115 high school students in 36 secondary schools in Xuhui District, Shanghai. Results The prevalence of mycobacterium avium was 6.9% in Xuhui District. In line with the survey of atypical mycobacteria in 8 counties in 12 districts in 1984, the isolation rate of atypical mycobacteria in Xuhui district was the highest in the city (6.7%), but Whether Shanghai is a high-distribution area is yet to be further studied. At the same time, it can be seen that there is a cross immunization reaction between avian Mycobactin and OT.
