目的了解中国大陆地区省市级疾病预防控制中心(CDC)公共卫生信息化人才队伍现状。方法利用流行病学动态数据采集平台(EDDC)实现调查问卷的定制和在线发布,通过在线自填方式对全国省市级CDC1 281名公共卫生信息化人员进行问卷调查。结果 2.7%(34/1 281)的CDC公共卫生信息化人员既有IT专业背景又有医学背景;接受过单位安排培训的占74.7%(957/1 281);在对单位安排的卫生信息化培训次数满意度方面,东部地区优于中部地区(t=2.89,P=0.0119);最调动员工工作积极性的激励因素中“包含奖金福利在内的收入增加”占77.8%(996/1 281),“职称晋升”占52.4%(671/1 281);遇到更好机会的情况下会考虑离开本单位的占33.1%(424/1 281)。结论中国省市级CDC公共卫生信息化人才队伍状况较好,但仍有待于进一步发展。
Objective To understand the status quo of public health information personnel in provincial and municipal CDC centers in mainland China. Methods The questionnaire was customized and released online using the EDDC platform. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 281 provincial and municipal CDC1 public health informants through online self-filling. Results 2.7% (34/1 281) of CDC public health informatics staff had both IT professional background and medical background; 74.7% (957/1 281) had received unit training; In terms of satisfaction with the number of training sessions, the eastern region was superior to the central region (t = 2.89, P = 0.0119). Among the motivating factors that motivated most employees, 77.8% (996/1 281.4% (671/1 281) with “Title Promotion” and 33.1% (424/1 281) of those leaving the Unit in the face of better opportunities. Conclusion The CDC public health informatization personnel at provincial and municipal levels in China are in a good condition but they still need further development.
