From May 10 to May 11, 2013, a technical symposium was held in Guangzhou on the layout of the major Tengxia Gorge Project hub project. The meeting was chaired by Liu Zhiming, vice president of Water Resources and Hydropower Planning and Design Institute of the Ministry of Water Resources. The meeting also invited some well-known domestic water conservancy experts to participate in the large rattanxia water project layout discussion.
