琉璃瓦是中国陶瓷宝库中的古老珍品之一,据传自北魏(公元386～534) 年间我国就有琉璃瓦的生产。著名的中国陶都——宜兴地区生产的琉璃瓦至今已有数百年的历史,是全国三大(北京、宜兴、广东) 琉璃瓦产区之一,产品畅销国内外。宜兴琉璃瓦色彩绚丽,造型古朴,富有传统的民族特色。用以建筑宫殿式房屋及园林中的亭、台、楼、阁,显得格外雄伟壮丽。
Glazed tile is one of the ancient treasures in the Chinese ceramic treasure house. According to reports from the Northern Wei Dynasty (AD 386-534), glazed tiles were produced in China. The glazed tile produced in the famous Chinese pottery capital Yixing has a history of several hundred years. It is one of the three glazed tile production areas in the country (Beijing, Yixing, and Guangdong), and its products sell well at home and abroad. Yixing glazed tiles are colorful, simple shapes, rich in traditional ethnic characteristics. The pavilions, tables, buildings, and pavilions used in the construction of palatial houses and gardens are extraordinarily majestic.
