濮阳县是一个农业大县,现有耕地面积8.7万hm~2,辖三个灌区,即渠村引黄灌区、南小堤引黄灌区和王称固引黄灌区。三个灌区工程兴建于五六十年代,大部分工程已严重老化,效益面积逐年衰减。濮阳县多年平均引黄水量2.8亿m~3,灌溉水利用系数仅为0.4,60%的水量在输配水过程中损失掉。近10年来,黄河中下游连续出现断流现象,为保证下游城市生活用水,濮阳县引黄水量大幅度缩减,金堤以北补源区的地下水位持续下降,形成漏斗,已危机到了濮阳人
Puyang County is an agricultural county, the existing cultivated land area of 87,000 hm ~ 2, administer three irrigation areas, namely, Drainage Village Yellow River Irrigation District, South Dike Yin Yellow Irrigation District and Wang said solid yellow irrigation area. The three irrigation districts were built in the 1950s and 1960s and most of the projects have been seriously degraded. The benefit area has been declining year by year. Puyang County, the average annual diversion of Yellow River water 280 million m ~ 3, irrigation water utilization coefficient of only 0.4, 60% of the water lost in the process of water distribution. In the past 10 years, the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River have been continuously cut off. In order to ensure the water consumption of downstream cities, the water quantity of Yellow River in Puyang County has been drastically reduced. The groundwater level in the water supply area north of Jindi continued to decline, forming a funnel.
