11月10日,由青岛市政府应急办、市红十字会、市教育局、市地震局、市公安消防支队共同举办的青岛2014应急志愿者培训班在青岛市民兵预备役训练中心开班。来自各区、市应急管理干部,消防、地震专业救援队员,红十字会志愿者救援队骨干代表,人员密集场所物业管理员,中、小学校教师代表,老年公寓管理人员代表等70余名志愿者参加培训。此次培训主要是选拔应急志愿者培训师资。本次培训班自11月10日至19日,聘请大学教授、专家,采取现场操作、实战演练、实地观摩和现场评估等形式进行授课。旨在通过系统培训,提升青岛市应急志愿者队伍建设管理水平,提高应急志愿者自救互救和协同处置突发
