电子显微技术越来越广泛地应用到科学的各个领域。对电子显微图象进行分析处理,不但可以深入探求样品的真实细微结构,得到更接近实际的图象,还能从图象得出数字资料便于研究工作的定量分析。我们利用现有设备,在这方面作了点滴工作,使光学方法处理显微图象简单易行,能取得一定效果。图1为轮状病毒用旋转积分处理后的结果,显露出病毒内部有结构,然而是否是真实结构还有待讨论。用电子计算机进行处理得到的结果比较可靠,专用计算机例如(Q—900)图象仪现有程序可以完成改变图象
Electron microscopy is increasingly used in all fields of science. Analysis and processing of electron microscopy images can not only explore the real subtle structure of the sample in depth, but also get closer to the actual image. Digital data can be obtained from the image to facilitate the quantitative analysis of the research work. We have used the existing equipment to do some work in this area, which makes the optical method of processing microscopic images easy and achievable. Figure 1 shows the result of Rotavirus integrated rotavirus processing, revealing the internal structure of the virus, but whether the real structure remains to be discussed.
