子宫内膜息肉(endometrial ployps,EMP)是常见的妇科疾病,主要表现为月经不调、不规则阴道流血。EMP恶变率为0.2%～0.4%,须及时治疗。2009年10月至2012年3月我院开始采用自主研发的超声宫腔镜对229例EMP患者进行诊断和电凝治疗,效果良好,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料上述期间我院采用超声宫腔镜对229例EMP患者进行诊断及治疗,患者年龄17～65岁,平均37岁。
Endometrial polyps (endometrial polyps, EMP) is a common gynecological diseases, mainly manifested as irregular menstruation, irregular vaginal bleeding. EMP malignant rate of 0.2% to 0.4%, to be treated promptly. From October 2009 to March 2012, 229 cases of EMP were diagnosed and electrocoagulatively treated in our hospital with self-developed ultrasound hysteroscopy. The results are as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information During the above period, our hospital used ultrasound hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of 229 cases of EMP patients, aged 17 to 65 years, mean 37 years.
