5 羟色胺 (5 HT或serotonin)是中枢神经系统及外周神经系统的重要神经递质。近年来 ,越来越多的研究结果表明 ,5 HT2C受体亚型与多种疾病的病理机制相关 ,有望成为有潜力的药物靶点。综述了 5 HT2C受体亚型的结构、体内分布、信号转导以及它与肥胖、成瘾性和癫痫的作用机制之间的关系。
Serotonin (5 HT or serotonin) is an important neurotransmitter in the central nervous system and the peripheral nervous system. In recent years, more and more researches have shown that the 5 HT2C receptor subtypes are related to the pathological mechanism of many diseases and are expected to become potential drug targets. The structure, in vivo distribution, signal transduction of 5 HT2C receptor subtypes and its relationship with the mechanisms of obesity, addiction and epilepsy were reviewed.
