目的探讨急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的临床病因及诊治措施。方法回顾丹东市公安边防支队卫生队2008-01-2008-12收治的85例急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者的临床资料。结果消化性溃疡、上消化道肿瘤、应激性溃疡、急慢性上消化道黏膜炎症为常见病因,消化内镜及抗酸治疗均能迅速控制出血。结论针对各类急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的不同的临床特点应分级而治。
Objective To investigate the clinical etiology and diagnosis and treatment of acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods The clinical data of 85 patients with acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to Dandong Municipal Public Security Border Defense Detachment Health Team 2008-01-2008-12 were retrospectively reviewed. Results Peptic ulcer, upper gastrointestinal cancer, stress ulcer, acute and chronic upper gastrointestinal mucosal inflammation were the common etiologies. Digestive endoscopy and antacid therapy could both control bleeding rapidly. Conclusions Different clinical features of various types of acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding should be graded and treated.
