近日,天津市红桥区“拥军育才学校”的86名驻区部队学员,兴致勃勃地来到驻区科技工业园参观,感受改革开放的巨大变化,上了一堂生动的社会实践课。该学校由红桥区人武部和区双拥办、区教育局等单位共同举办,每年开设两期,每期3个月,利用周末业余时间,邀请专业教师任教,免费对驻区部队官兵进行文化知识、计算机操作、电器修理、烹饪等技能培训。同时,设置形式多样的教育实践课程,聘请有关专家学者担任辅导员,让官兵在掌握一技之长的同
