方麓茶场位于罗村、薛埠二公社之间的长山背上,东西长四公里,土地贫脊.1957年建场,现有茶园1963亩,旱地437亩,年产干茶3800担.建场以来因水利条件差,每逢旱年,茶叶产量受到影响.1978年大旱,茶叶减产800担,旱死茶树15%以上.为了茶叶产量能逐步提高,必须解决茶田灌溉问题.而我场灌区狭长、水路远,如搞渠道灌溉,需要土方工程量大,施工困难,
Located in the back of Changshan Mountain between Luocun and Xuebu commune, Fanglu Tea Plantation is four kilometers long from east to west and has the land which is poor in land. It was established in 1957 with 1963 mu of tea plantation and 437 mu of dry land. Due to the poor water conditions since the establishment of the farm, the output of tea is affected in each dry year.
