本文通过区分法律汇编与法典编纂这两个法学概念 ,指出前者属于档案文献编纂工作范畴 ,后者是立法活动 ,纠正了档案学界对法典编纂的错误定性
By distinguishing the two legal concepts of legal compilation and codification, this paper points out that the former belongs to the field of compilation of archives and documents, while the latter is a legislative activity that corrects the erroneous characterization of the codification by the archivists
