随着铸造车间机械化水平的提高,对铸造机械设备的可靠度提出了较高的要求。因此,改造现有铸造设备。提高其运转可靠性是当今有关工厂的重要课题之一,由于铸造设备大多工作在多尘环境中,甚至是带砂工作。因此,在设备故障中,因密封结构失效而造成故障占的比率很高。据我厂1978年1~6月份对铸造设备运转过程中发生故障原因分类进行分析,因密封结构失效而引起的故障占全部故障的23% ,可见铸造设备的密封结构必须应予以认真地考虑。

Most foundry equipment is working in a dusty environment and even with sand work. Therefore, in the equipment failure, due to failure of the sealing structure caused by a high percentage of failures. According to our factory from January to June 1978, we analyzed the causes of the breakdown during the operation of the foundry equipment. The failures caused by the failure of the sealing structure accounted for 23% of the total failures. Therefore, the sealing structure of the foundry equipment must be carefully considered.
