From October 15, 2010 to November 7, 20, a sudden onset of kindergarten in Shanghai with low fever, Shen Wei, hand-foot mouth papules and herpes as the main symptoms of cases. Clinical, epidemiological investigation, etiology and serological tests confirmed that it is a hand-foot-and-mouth disease caused by enterovirustype 71 (EV-71)
