2012年3月至2013年9月,在邯郸市成安县黄冠梨园进行生草和覆盖处理,以12~13年树龄的黄冠梨为试材,以清耕为对照,对其土壤微生物性状进行测定。结果表明:在0~20cm土层内,秸秆覆盖和梨园生草可以显著增加表层土壤细菌和真菌数量,但对20~40cm土层内土壤细菌、真菌数量影响不显著。在0~40cm土层内,梨园生草可以显著增加土壤放线菌数量,而秸秆覆盖土壤放线菌数量增加不显著。
From March 2012 to September 2013, the grass was planted and covered in Huangguan pear orchard in Cheng’an County of Handan City. Using Huangguan Pear aged from 12 to 13 years as test material, the soil microbial properties Measurement was performed. The results showed that straw mulching and perennial grazing could significantly increase the number of top soil bacteria and fungi in 0-20 cm soil layer, but had no significant effect on the numbers of soil bacteria and fungi in 20-40 cm soil layer. In 0 ~ 40cm soil layer, perennial grass can significantly increase the number of soil actinomycetes, while the amount of straw-covered soil actinomycetes increased insignificantly.
