天水市“碧水云天商住综合楼项目”包含两座B级高度高层建筑,设计中采用多层及高层建筑结构空间有限元分析与设计软件(墙元型)SATWE和MIDAS-building两种软件进行计算分析,同时采用时程分析法进行复核包络设计;底部加强部位剪力墙按中震抗剪弹性、抗弯不屈服设计,罕遇地震作用下底部加强部位剪力墙满足受剪截面控制条件进行设计。计算结果表明在对关键构件采取相应的加强措施以后本工程在中震、大震条件下可满足预定的抗震性能设计要求和相关规范要求。
Tianshui City, “Clear Water Cloud Commercial and Residential Complex Project ” contains two B-level high-rise buildings, the design uses multi-storey and high-rise building structural space finite element analysis and design software (wall element type) SATWE and MIDAS-building two Software is used for calculation and analysis, and the time envelope analysis is used to check the envelope design. The shear wall at the bottom of the reinforced section is made of moderate seismic shearing elasticity and flexural non-yielding design. The shear wall at the bottom reinforced section meets the shear force under rare earthquakes. Section control conditions are designed. The calculation results show that after the corresponding strengthening measures are taken on the key components, this project can meet the predetermined design requirements and relevant specifications of the seismic performance under moderate and strong earthquakes.
